We will send you the digital file within 3 days for your approval.
How long does it take to get the framed print or the canvas print?
Delivery times for the framed print or canvas print will be as follows:
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Europe: 7-10 working days
Rest of world: 10-12 working days
Cancellation, Return and Refund
I changed my mind after placing and order. Can I cancel it?
We understand that sometimes situations may arise and you may need to cancel your order. That's why we offer you a 24-hour window to cancel your order and receive a full refund. In addition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illustration, that's why we're happy to offer unlimited revisions until you are happy with the final product. If for any reason you do need to cancel your order after we've started working on it, we will refund you based on the progress of the artwork. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@mystory.art if you need to request a cancellation and refund. We're here to help!
What if I am not happy with my portrait? Will I get a refund?
We understand how important it is for you to love your portrait, which is why we offer unlimited revisions free of charge. Even after that, if you still remain unsatisfied with the results, we will issue a complete refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be credited within 7 working days.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged framed print or canvas due to shipping, please send us an email at support@mystory.art along with a photo of the item. We will promptly send you a replacement product.

I don't have a single photo where all of the individuals are together. Can you draw from multiple photos? Can you change their poses?
Certainly! We have the ability to draw individuals from different photos and combine them into a single stunning portrait. Additionally, we can alter their poses to meet your specific requirements. Our team of skilled and experienced portrait artists are proficient in creating any type of custom drawing.
