Delivery and Shipping
We will send you the digital file within 72 hours for your approval :)
After the digital file is approved by the customer, the shipping time will be as follows,
USA,Canada,Australia,New Zealand,UK and Europe: 3-7 working days
Rest of world: 10-12 working days
Cancellation, Return and Refund
You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it and get a full refund. However, it is difficult to issue a full refund for cancellations after we start working on your portrait. We will provide you with unlimited product revisions until you are completely satisfied with your illustration. If you still want to cancel after the drawing process starts, we will issue a refund according to the progress of the artwork till the cancellation time. Please send an email at support@mystory.art with all relevant information, and we will gladly assist you.

When the digital version of your portrait is ready, we'll share that with you via email. You have three days to make changes or approve it for printing. If we don't hear from you within three days, we will consider it approved and begin printing.
We offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident that you will love your portrait.
If you receive any printed product that is defective or gets damaged during shipping, please send us an email at support@mystory.art with a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
All refunds will be processed within 10 working day.
