1. What is the process?
Capture a memory forever with a custom portrait! Here are the simple steps:
1. Tell us your story: Share your favorite photos and any details you want captured. A 50% deposit confirms your order.
2. Our artists work their magic: Our talented artists will craft a beautiful portrait that captures the essence of your vision.
3. You’re the director: We’ll send you a digital proof for review. Provide feedback and request revisions as many times as needed - we want you to be 100% satisfied!
4. Get ready to be amazed: Once approved, you’ll receive the high-resolution digital file and settle the remaining balance.
5. Elevate your portrait: With your order, you can choose a high-quality, unframed fine art print. The default size is 12” x 12”, but contact us for different sizes. Additionally, we offer framed print and canvas options (details in FAQ #6). We’ll ship them securely to your doorstep.
6. Treasure your one-of-a-kind masterpiece: This personalized portrait is a perfect gift or a special keepsake for you to cherish forever.
2. How long does it take to receive the portrait?
1. Review & receive the digital version:
Your digital proof arrives in 4 days or sooner! We want you to love it, so feel free to request revisions until you're delighted.
Once you approve, you'll receive the final high-resolution image (9000px x 9000px, 300 DPI, perfect for printing up to 30" x 30").
You can then settle the remaining 50% balance at your convenience.
2. Fast & Secure Delivery of Prints:
The delivery times for fine art prints (framed/unframed) and canvas prints are as follows:
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Europe: 7-10 working days
Rest of the world: 10-12 working days.
3. I don't have a single photo of all the individuals together. Can you draw from multiple images and also change their poses?
Absolutely! Our service is designed to make your experience as convenient as possible. We can draw individuals from different photos and seamlessly combine them into a single stunning portrait. Moreover, we can adjust their poses to cater to your specific preferences. Our team of skilled and experienced portrait artists is adept at creating any custom drawing, ensuring your satisfaction.
4. I changed my mind after placing an order. Can I cancel it?
We understand that circumstances can change, and we're here to accommodate that. If you need to cancel your order, we offer a 24-hour window for you to do so and receive a full refund. We're committed to your satisfaction, which is why we're pleased to provide unlimited revisions until you're delighted with the final product. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order after we've begun working on it, we'll refund you based on the progress of the artwork. Please don't hesitate to contact us at support@mystory.art to request a cancellation and refund. We're always here to assist you!
5. What if I am not happy with my portrait? Will I get a refund?
We understand how important it is for you to love your portrait, which is why we offer free unlimited revisions. Even after that, if you are still unsatisfied with the results, we will issue a complete refund using your original payment method. Please note that refunds will be credited within seven working days. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged framed print or canvas due to shipping, please email us at support@mystory.art along with a photo of the item. We will promptly send you a replacement product.
